If you’re into creating and baking your own food using local ingredients, this class is for you! You will learn how to make your own dough using flour and yeast, learn the science behind properly rising dough, make your own pizza creation, and watch it bake inside a hand-sculpted clay oven! This class will foster a deeper connection between participants and their food and promote concepts of food sustainability. We will enjoy our pizza around a cozy autumn fire (weather permitting). This class is geared towards ages 6-10 and adults are welcome to join their child! Event price includes ingredients for food!
